Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Our Events

  1. The T&C apply throughout the entire event premises. They apply between the attendees and the organizer.

  2. Admission to the event is only granted with a valid ticket. Purchasing tickets and accessing the event is only permitted for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Commercial resale of tickets is generally not permitted. Upon entry, the valid ticket will be exchanged for a visitor wristband, which entitles access to the event. The organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the event for significant reasons. In such cases, the attendee has the right to a refund of the ticket price, provided they are not responsible for the refusal of entry themselves. Compensation beyond the ticket price is excluded, unless the organizer is grossly negligent or intentionally responsible for refusing entry.

  3. In case of cancellation (even without specifying reasons) of the event before its commencement, the attendee has the right to a refund of the ticket price. Any further claims for damages are excluded. The event will take place in all weather conditions. If there is a risk to the body and health due to weather conditions, the event will be immediately terminated or interrupted if improvement is foreseeable. If the event is terminated due to weather conditions or other force majeure reasons, there is no entitlement to reimbursement or compensation. This also applies in the event of termination by official order or judicial decision, provided the organizer did not intentionally or grossly negligently cause the termination. The organizer reserves the right to restrict access to stages or other areas of the festival. No claims for damages can be derived from this.

  4. Attendance at the event is at the attendee's own risk. The organizer is not liable for any hearing or health damages due to insufficient precautions by the attendee. This does not apply if the organizer acts with gross negligence or intent.

  5. Claims for damages against the organizer due to negligence are excluded. This also applies to its legal representatives or agents. This provision does not apply to damages resulting from injury to body, life, health, or gross negligence or intent of the organizer (except No. 3) or due to the violation of essential contractual obligations, whereby in this case the claim for damages is limited to compensation for foreseeable, typical damages. Further liabilities are excluded.

  6. The carrying of weapons of all kinds on the event premises is prohibited. It is also prohibited to bring the following items onto the event premises: power generators, torches, pyrotechnics, pepper spray, flammable liquids, grills, sound systems, dry ice, sky lanterns, laser pointers. Violation of these or legal regulations (weapons) may result in expulsion from the event premises.

  7. Depositing waste (household waste, bulky waste) on the event premises is prohibited. Each visitor will receive a free garbage bag at the entrance. At the end of the event, this bag must be filled and deposited at the waste collection station.

  8. Tents and vehicles must be parked in such a way that they do not pose a danger to others. Rescue routes and access to sanitary facilities must be kept clear. In the event of non-compliance, the organizer is entitled to take appropriate measures at the expense of the attendee to keep rescue routes and access clear, as well as to eliminate hazards.

  9. The use of the parking lot and camping area is at the attendee's own risk. The organizer is not liable for damages caused by other vehicles, other attendees, or third parties. Camping is only permitted in designated areas. Attendees must follow the instructions of the stewards and helpers.

  10. The right of admission is exercised by the organizer or by assistants and stewards appointed by them.
